Role Summary:

We are looking to hire an Executive Assistant/Chief of Staff to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adept at multitasking, and possesses exceptional problem-solving skills. You should be able to manage complex schedules, handle a variety of miscellaneous tasks, and navigate through both structured and unstructured challenges.


As a cornerstone of support for our community team and staff at large, your role is to streamline operational efficiency, manage schedules, and ensure that all administrative tasks are handled with precision and care. You'll be a crucial element in maintaining an organized, productive, and efficient environment.


This role is 100% remote work. You’re expected to work full-time and independently, communicate effectively with the team through Slack, ClickUp, Airtable, and Facebook, and maintain flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of the team.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ClickUp, Slack, Airtable, and other communication and planning tools.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage undefined or miscellaneous tasks effectively.
  • A proactive mindset, with a focus on efficiency, effectiveness, and positive results.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex schedules and calendars for senior staff, ensuring effective time management and prioritization of tasks.
  • Handle various administrative tasks, including email correspondence, data management, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate and streamline communication between different departments and teams.
  • Facilitate the planning and execution of virtual and physical meetings and events.
  • Participate in miscellaneous tasks, including research, outreach, and operational support.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of organizational objectives.
  • Execute a variety of undefined, miscellaneous tasks and adapt to evolving responsibilities.

  • $1,800 - $2,400 per month as an independent contractor

*Overperformance of KPIs is to be defined once the KPI goals are refined, and stretch goals are set, we plan to have these refined within 90 days. Our goal is to reward performance above and beyond the set goals.

About the Recruitment:

We are looking for a candidate that is ready to start ASAP. There are a number of pre-interview documents and test tasks that will need to be completed before the final interview with the company's Executive Team. If you are chosen for the role we will provide a contract and expect you to begin within the next week. The onboarding will be broken up into 3 periods over 90 days where you will go through training, have your performance tracked, and then be accepted into our team.
