If you notify us of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the event, you will receive a full account credit applicable to future events. If you notify us of cancellation within the 30-day window, you will receive 50% and forfeit the remaining half, cancellations within 1 week of the event are not eligible for refund or credits. If you can no longer attend, tickets are transferable to another individual with written notice to event@mds.co.
